A two-disc set!

The day a person is born will be remembered forever! Celebrate that special day with this two-disc set! This stunning dual-disc necklace set includes one name disc, one birth date disc, and your choice of a 16" or 18" sterling silver ball chain. The discs are 3/4" (about the size of a penny) and can hold up to 7 regular sized letters or 9 tiny sized letters.

Necklaces have a brushed metal finish; names are hand-stamped in all CAPS in your choice of regular or tiny letters. The birth date can be stamped in the following ways (please indicated your preferred style in the special instructions box below):

Each Birth Day Name Necklace is packaged in a silver gift keepsake tin, making gift-giving so easy!

For your convenience, we include 1 polishing cloth with each necklace. These cloths are disposable and get dingy pretty fast. We always recommend adding additional cloths to your order.
